He came out, at our convenience, with another employee (it was Andy – Production Manager) and showed us actual samples of the material (Sunbrella Fabric)  and provided a wide selection of colors.

Barry kept us updated on the progress of their construction, which occurred within the timeframe he promised and the price he initially told us. The actual construction is very strong and well thought out. The installation went perfectly because they had done their measurements exactly to fit our exterior walls and their fabrication was exact. We are overjoyed with the outcome of our clubhouse awnings. It was such a pleasure dealing with Softek Awnings. Their employee, Gador, installed our awning. I am a perfectionist, with an eye for detail. I thought it was about an inch off, and he insisted on adjusting it so it was 100% even. He even went to Ace Hardware, at no charge, to pick up some tacks to attach the wire to our porch wall (they had just run out of them.) Such outstanding customer service, and the awning is gorgeous!
